Winter Reading 2019: Curl Up with a Good Book
Winter is here, and with it the Virginia Public Library Winter Reading Challenge! From January 2nd to March 1st, we have free events and activities at the library for the adults in the community. This year, our Winter Reading Challenge includes people of all ages – from infants to 100 year-olds! All you have to do is read books to win awesome prizes at the library!

Being part of the Winter Reading Challenge is easy: Come in to the library to sign up, or sign up online by clicking the cardinal button above. Then log the minutes you’ve read online, and come in to the library to enter your raffle tickets toward your chosen prize!
You can earn a raffle ticket for every hour you spend reading – and your reading material can be anything from magazines, blog posts, books, audio books, e books, newspapers and more! Reading for 3 hours also earns you a collectible Winter Reading Challenge button.
