Americans are living longer than ever before, but longer life does not always mean better life. As healthcare advances and lifespans extend, many families are asking difficult questions about affordability, caregiving, ageism and quality of life. In partnership with The John A. Hartford Foundation, join us for this special screening of “Aging in America: Survive or Thrive,” a PBS documentary narrated by Martin Sheen and based on Dr. Robert Butler’s Pulitzer Prize-winning book, “Why Survive?”. This thoughtful film explores the challenges and opportunities of aging in the United States today.
